Intern CRM Key Expert (M/F) Munich Re

This division is responsible for strategy development and implementation, strategic planning and controlling, organizational development and global Corporate Client Management (CCM). CCM helps Munich Re achieve our client management vision, supports and enables client teams to apply best practice client management and thus to globally exploit additional value potential.

YOUR JOB

  • Assistance with implementing a new Client Relationship Management (CRM) solution on a global basis to foster collaboration and improve transparency amongst our client teams
  • Preparing training sessions and plans for floor walking and providing guidance on how to use the CRM tool best
  • Communicating with training participants whom work at many different global offices and at all levels of the company
  • Managing feedback to participants including following up questions with members of the project team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Currently studying a Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in the field of finance, accounting, economics, information systems or equivalent
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with people in all levels of management
  • High level of self-motivation, strong team spirit and ability to deliver good results
  • Previous experience with a software tool rollout is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English
