Your role:

As part of our global Talent and Development Team you will learn about developing a global workforce in a multicultural environment. Your tasks and responsibilities are to assist with project management and organizational tasks. Generally, you support the team with implementation and coordination of talent and development solutions. This means also to manage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders and service providers and assist with budget and cost controlling. Creating presentations, preparing as well as evaluating data and reports, and support additional follow-up tasks using the MS Office package is part of the role. Overall, you help to shape the direction of development within the company by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data.

Who you are:

  • You study Social Sciences or Business Administrations with a focus on Human Resources
  • You completed your Bachelor or at least the first half of your Bachelor studies
  • You have excellent written and verbal English skills
  • You have first international experience
  • You are comfortable to work independently and to contribute your ideas
  • You have good knowledge of standard computer applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
