Our Executive & Talent Services team within E.ON Business Services Berlin GmbH in Berlin is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and collaborative working student to support our UK region with executive recruitment, talent management and graduate activities.

Working Student, Executive & Talent Services for the U.K. Region (m/f)

Responsibilities:

As our Working Student, Executive & Talent Services for the UK Region, you will have a broad range of responsibilities across these three areas as follows:

Executive Recruitment for Regional Unit UK:

  • Create, optimize and post job adverts for UK executive level vacancies
  • Manage the candidate pipeline within our online recruiting system
  • Organize executive level interviews and liaise with relevant stakeholders to organize assessment centres
  • Provide regular Key Performance Indicator (KPI) updates to EBS and UK stakeholders, in terms of numbers vacancies filled; time to hire; time to fill, etc

Talent Management for the UK Early Talent Framework:

  • Support the team in organizing our management potential development centre, which takes place four times per year, including:
  • Preparation of materials and all logistics ahead of each development centre
  • Composing and sending invites; tracking candidate responses and regular communication with candidates
  • Providing follow up materials after each development centre, including the collation and analysis of feedback

E.ON UK Graduate Programme:

  • Provide support to the wider E.ON UK Graduate Programme team by:
  • Sending online testing to applicants / retrieving and analyzing test results
  • Preparing weekly reports to stakeholders (and preparation of ad-hoc reports as requested)
  • Playing a key role in the organization and execution of graduate assessment centres, including printing materials; inviting candidates to assessment centres; providing on-site support at assessment centres; following up with candidates after assessment centres

Qualifications:

  • Studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
  • The ability to work closely with all members of the UK Executive & Talent Services team and UK stakeholders
  • Being creative, having good problem solving skills and the ability and enthusiasm to work under time pressure
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly customer and service orientated
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Business fluency is a must; knowledge of German and other languages would be beneficial
