Intern Operational Excellence & Reporting for international HR Services (m/f)

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the monthly KPI reporting including sending out requests for reports, collecting and chasing of data and report consolidation
  • Support in the monthly operational review by collecting feedback from the countries and consolidating it into the report
  • Help in the monthly EIC (Service Desk System) operational reporting, from data extraction in EIC to sending out country specific reports, analysis, report consolidation and publishment
  • Further involvement in the monthly financial report as well as weekly Paycon by checking and completing data
  • Review and receive data for the Net Promoting Score (NPS) as well as for the RSI Budget review, including Mid Term Planning,
  • General administrative tasks (archiving of protocols and process description, organising meetings and writing minutes, prepare presentations)
  • Support for auditors
  • Responsibility in task transfer (IT system) that includes mainteanance and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled as a student at the University or similar
  • Good analytic skills and smart with figures and numbers
  • Experience with working in an international team and environment
  • Experience in project management beneficial
  • Good skills in MS-Office applications, especially Excel
  • Business fluency in English mandatory

Local teams in particular countries are very different in size going from 1 person to 50 employees. Activities are related mostly to payroll processing; contract management; employee data management; compensations & benefits processing; time & attendance; service desk (HR.Direct) HR.
