Being part of the Telco IT Solutions CRM’ team your tasks are as follows:

  • Execute sourcing strategies
  • Negotiate project agreements
  • Manage sourcing activities in tenders and projects (prepare and develop RFx)
  • Assessment of the supply market and company’s current spending
  • Analyze total cost and business cases
  • Identify and implement saving opportunities
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships
  • Working in cross functional and multinational teams
  • Administration of SAP based approval tools


You hold a University degree or an MBA in the area of Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Technology, Mathematics, Informatics, Engineering or a qualification of the same level.
You also possess the following knowledge and experiences:

  • Knowledge of DT procurement organization and processes or adjacent areas, e.g. IT, finance, legal, etc.
  • Good understanding of corporate structures
  • Knowledge and understanding of category management, strategic sourcing, negotiations and contracting concepts
  • Negotiation, communication and presentation skills (orally, in writing)
  • Experience in project and stakeholder management
  • Well-practiced in the use of standard software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Internet Browser), as well as willingness to familiarize with procurement applications
  • Ability to cope challenging timelines and evolving requirements in customer projects
  • English and German (fluent in spoken and written), French (optional)
  • You are characterized by your ability to think and act independently, as well as your ability to work well within a team. You have outstanding motivation and communicative abilities which help you to actively bring customer centricity and customer satisfaction to life.
