We offer students the possibility to obtain a Master’s degree while working full-time with us. To facilitate this we work together with the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), while cooperations with other universities may also be possible. The SIBE Management Master combines your duties and responsibilities within your job with a two year lasting Master’s program.

Human Resources
The HR team within BuyIn provides all HR services and products relevant for our workforce in the two operational companies. As a Junior Project Manager and dual student your main activities will be:

  • Incorporation into existing elements of personnel development
  • Analysis of future required skills
  • Preparation of measures to close the skill gaps
  • Concrete design of the elements and the implementation schedule
  • Operational support within our Procurement Academy
  • Support of personnel management in other conceptual projects

You have completed your first studies in the field of operational Economics with focus HR, psychology, Law or humanities with practical experience in the field of human resources. Furthermore essential prerequisites are

  • Internships in the field of Human Resources, with pleasure in the field of personnel development
  • IT affinity is desirable
  • Fluent language skills in English and German (French is an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel (France)
