YOUR TASKS

The junior category manager will support senior category managers in building a relevant “profit and loss” approach based on prices, contractual terms and conditions, cash-in incentives, etc, for strategic mobile vendors, and for identified clusters (smartphone/flagship, entry voice/data, tablets, etc).

  • He/She follows closely the telecom market in terms of suppliers, volume & value shares, prices and trends, the Orange/Deutsche Telekom marketing roadmaps and constantly benchmark our in-house performance against the market; 
  • He/She consolidates the relevant business intelligence data, such as forecast figures, actuals and prices coming from various sources
  • He/She prepares regular management reporting based on relevant

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent in verbal and written English. Fluent in French or German would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Access. Knowledge in Visual Basic (VBA) and SQL would be a plus
  • A first experience in an international and cross cultural environment is favourable
  • Ideally demonstrate at least 2 years of experience acquired at similar position or through apprenticeship
  • Excellent analytical skills
