As an intern in Communications you will support planning & organizing corporate events, such as Townhall meetings with all employees, company calls with Management Team, etc. Furthermore you will work with the Content Management Systems of BuyIn’s intranet and internet presence. You will prepare presentations (ppt, prezi, powtoons etc.) and write articles on procurement and other topics.
This includes the following activities:

  • Collect & deliver content for internal communication
  • Cooperate with BuyIn’s communicators in carrying out communication activities
  • Support in event organization, including the design and professional technical and logistical implementation
  • Support for maintenance and further development of the CMS (WordPress)
  • Develop content for company brochures & images
  • Develop and update corporate presentations
  • Follow the overall brand strategy and ensure that the policy is properly implemented within the company


You are in the final stages of your studies (Bachelor/Master). Furthermore essential prerequisites are:

  • First experience with video editing as well as with Photoshop and WordPress a plus
  • Good writing skills
  • Fluent in English and German language, knowledge of French is of advantage
  • Interest in ICT industry and in procurement
  • Good networker, interested in communicating with different target groups
  • Hands-on mentality
