As an HR Project Manager (m/w) you conceptualize and implement independently (international) HR projects. Your main activities will be:

  • Establish and implement best-practice process blueprints with focus on digitalization of HR tasks, additional value for our managers and employees and on process & cost efficiency
  • Continuously review and optimize HR processes & workflows along the employee lifecycle
  • Implement HR processes and the respective IT tools in conjunction with IT and other relevant stakeholders, e.g. Shared Services
  • Support in M&A and subsequent integration projects
  • Support the operational managers with all HR relevant topics and interfaces needed to reach business goals, respecting the budget and optimizing the resources


You hold a Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with focus on HR Management. Furthermore essential prerequisites are:

  • 5+ years operational and strategic HR experience in an international environment covering all relevant HR subject areas
  • Sound and proven experience as (HR) project manager with a consulting background
  • Desire to move things along and to pro-actively shape processes, an organization as well as passion for working in a fast changing, international environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the HR best practices as well as German labor- and industrial constitution law
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
