Connected Life Services category focuses on supporting innovation and source products in the field of Internet of Things, Mobile Financial Services and SIM cards and related platforms.

As an intern you contribute to the creation and maintenance of IoT sourcing strategy of Connected Life Services category. Your main activities will be:

  • Contribute to financial performance/saving reporting .
  • Circulate information cross the domain and finance, securing mutual understanding of the results.
  • Make market analysis for selected segments in IoT.
  • Contribute to simulation-based business model analysis to evaluate co-operation scenarios.
  • Evaluate financial impact of major purchasing negotiations.
  • Contribute to the Demand Plan process: ensure the understanding of baseline for key IoT projects.


You are a student in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, Management Accounting, Engineering or a comparable major. Furthermore essential prerequisites are:

  • Finished basic studies (semester 4+) and ideally with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Interest in technology is very helpful.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to think out of the box.
  • Result oriented, highly motivated and well-organized.
  • Ability to work independently and quick adaptation to new and challenging tasks.
  • Cross cultural experience, very good customer service behavior and high level of team spirit.
  • Proactive behavior and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint).
  • Excellent skills in English (verbal and writing). Knowledge of speaking German and / or French is an advantage.
