Business Manager/Executive Assistant to the CEO | B2C Finance and Nordics Debt Collection

As part of this, we focus on minimizing default rates in the business initiation phase and during the collection process. As a result, our services also include optimizing the selection of payment types internationally.

Our newly formed Business Unit, B2C Finance and Nordics Debt Collection, is active in 6 countries across Europe and headquartered in Stockholm.

Background of role:
The realization of the company’s outlined strong growth path relies to a large extent on the successful combination of leadership, use of local expertise and strong divisional alignment. To support, manage and further develop our Business Unit, we are now looking for a highly talented and pro-active person to work closely to our CEO with both hands-on activities and strategic tasks.

Timeframe and location
The position is a permanent position for 12-24 months based in Stockholm. Travel occurs frequently. The start date is variable.

Responsibilities and work tasks:
The employee will support the CEO of the Business Unit within the following areas:

  • Professional support in strategic tasks and in the day-to-day business. Preparation and follow-up of meetings, conducting of analyzes and preparation of presentations at management level
  • Planning, controlling and managing of projects in an international context, especially in the areas critical to the company's development (M&A, resources, compliance, etc.)
  • Analysis, evaluation and preparation of decision-making recommendations as well as strategic and operational tasks within the company’s outlined strategy
  • Internal communication with various stakeholders at strategic level to support the international company strategy
  • Assistance in the business development as well as participation in the implementation of national and international projects
  • Conducting market, customer and competition analyses and evaluation of the financial results and KPIs

Reporting structure:
The employee reports to the Business Unit Management and works closely with the CEO.

Competence profile:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience, primarily in the financial sector, consulting or other relevant experience
  • Practical experience in dealing with financial and strategic questions
  • Master's degree in the field of Management, Finance or Economics
  • High interest in new technologies and financial services
  • Very good oral and written skills in English.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Project Mgmt Skills
